stayed at western motel for one night. great location, just 3/4 mile from the long leaf trace. the room was really clean, with a comfy king bed and flat-screen TV. plenty of food options within walking distance, too!

I chose this place because it’s close to the long leaf trace for cycling, and I loved that I could leave my car there overnight without worry. There’s a cozy place to sit outside and a nice little area to relax or unwind after a long day. The only downside was some minor noise from the nearby road, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay! 😊

Recommend it for solo travelers
Had a solid time here. I left my car parked overnight while I took my bike out, and nothing happened to it. The manager was very friendly, which made my check-in smooth and easy. Plus, lots of food choices close by, which was convenient after a long cycling day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what I got, it was acceptable.
